Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Gray Beam Technology, LLC (“GrayBeam”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to graybeam.tech and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

GrayBeam operates software applications including Decision Forge, Bouncer, SpinCulture, GrayPress, and related tools. Some services are free; others require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including any passkeys or API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services to violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload our services beyond documented API rate limits
• Redistribute or resell access to our services without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Our services, code, and content are owned by Gray Beam Technology, LLC. Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of content you create using our tools.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GrayBeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
